Ingredients Required

For Gravy

  • 250g Paneer (Cubed)
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 Medium Onions (Chopped)
  • 10 Cashew Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ Cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Salt as per taste

Spices

  • 2 tsp Abaad Paneer Butter Masala
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala

How to Make Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Heat oil and one tablespoon butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
  2. Add tomatoes and cashew nuts. Cook for 8–10 minutes until tomatoes become soft.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool and blend into a smooth paste.
  4. Heat remaining butter in another pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Pour the prepared paste and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  6. Add Abaad Paneer Butter Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  7. Cook until the butter begins separating from the gravy.
  8. Add water and fresh cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  9. Add paneer cubes and cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. Finish with kasuri methi and garam masala. Mix gently and serve hot.
